Southern actress Shriya Saran replaced Trisha for Don Seenu, Southern superstar Ravi Teja romancing her in the forthcoming Telugu film

Southern actress Shriya Saran is pinning hopes of Telugu film Don Seenu. She is making a comeback to Telugu cinema after a gap of five years with Ravi Teja starrer Don Seenu.Her last Telugu movie Bhagheeradha was also opposite Ravi Teja.She had replaced Trisha Bhagheeradha who was also the first choice for Don Seenu.Don Seenu is releasing on August 5.The movie is directed by debutant Gopichand Malineni. She hasn't had many hits in Telugu cinema and is now hoping that Don Seenu will break that jinx. She is also doing an item number in Komaram Puli starring Pawan Kalyan. Ravi Teja plays the lead role of Don Seenu in the movie. John Kokken, who is the most wanted villain in Kannada film industry will be seen in Don Seenu.
Before making his debut in Tollywood, Ravi Teja worked as an Assistant director in both television and films.He was also seen in a few Bollywood films like Prathibandh, Aaj Ka Goondaraj and Criminal.In Aaj Ka Goondaraj he was seen as one of Chiranjeevi's friends. His first film as a lead actor was Neekosam in 1999.Ravi Teja got his big break with Itlu Sravani Subramanyam.In 2003, he played the lead role in Amma Nanna O Tamila Ammayi.
His co-actor She is also a popular actress down south. She became a household name in 2002 by playing the role of Bhanu in Santhosham, which was her first big hit. But her big break came in 2007, when she was paired opposite Rajinikanth in Sivaji: The Boss.After its release She bagged several Hindi and Tamil projects. She got a Filmfare Best Debut actress nomination for Mission Istaanbul in 2008 and Pokkiri Raja in 2010 which was her debut Malayalam film. The hot actress has also signed a Hollywood film recently. She has established herself as one of the leading actresses in the South Indian film industry. Parts of the film were shot in Switzerland, Spain, Dubai, Barcelona and Iceland.Three songs and a few key scenes were also filmed abroad. The other cast members include Sayaji Shinde, Brahmanandam, Ali, Suneel, Raghubabu, Krishna Bhagawan, Nasser, Duvvasi Mohan, Brahmaji, Delhi Rajeswari and Satyam Rajesh.
